The Chair Centre Woburn Petite recliner scooped the UK Furniture Industry's award for Reclining Furniture at the recent Gala Award Ceremony held at the NEC Birmingham during the 2005 Furniture Exhibition.

On congratulating "The Chair Centre" the judges commented that the Woburn Petite was 'well researched and perfect for its target market'.

With research carried out with our retailers and customers we identified the need for a truly 'Petite' model which had to be available in all 4 reclining/rising actions.

Having identified this need, this brief was actioned by our design team and resulted in the launch of the Petite collection in 2002.

The results of this introduction have been exceptional with the range exceeding all expectations and is proving to be one of our most successful innovations, resulting in this Industry Standard Award being presented to our Woburn model.
